John M. Shrock

President of Superior Basement Systems

John has been working for over 25 years as a Service Technician and Service & Installation Manager at a local company. In 2003 he and his wife Alita bought the company, and John is now President of Superior Basement Systems.  Superior Basement Systems itself has been in business since 1991.

Under John’s direction the entire Superior Basement Systems team upholds the stringent quality standards and customer service excellence the company is known for.

John has been thoroughly trained and has earned the highly es­teemed title "CERTIFIED Waterproofing Professional" through the Basement Systems International Waterproofing Contractor Network.

Additionally, he is an active member of the Better Business Bureau, the Tuscarawas Chamber of Commerce, and the Coshocton Chamber of Commerce.  Superior Basement Systems is affiliated with ECOBIA (the East Central Ohio Building Association).

Superior Basement Systems is the exclusive regional dealer for the Basement Systems International Waterproofing Contractor Network - a group of the best waterproofing contractors in the world, who have exclusive access to patented products, comprehensive training and support through the international company.

John enjoys meeting with homeowners and helping them solve their basement water problems, enabling them to get more out of their homes. John is an active member of his church where he is a Sunday school teacher and is involved with missions and the worship team. John is a family man and on his time off you often find him playing ball with his four children.  John enjoys being an active member of his local community, and through Superior Basement Systems, he sponsors local little league teams in Baseball and Softball.
